We offer contract periods from One to Three years or beyond, depending on business needs, which includes a technical refresh of desktop and server equipment scheduled to occur at or between two and three years, or between three and four years depending upon our customer's requirements.

Our people bend over backwards to provide a service that enables our customers to take advantage of network equipment replacement or upgrade at scheduled intervals to meet performance improvement requirements.

As an organisation we provide a vast array of resources to assist with the management of our customer's Desktops and Servers, including:

• Help Desk Service available 24/7.
• Rollout / replacement of desktops.
• Configuration of business applications and desktop services in accordance with
          Micro I.T Solutions best practice model.
• End user support for PC operations and software applications.
• Tracking and reporting of corporate information assets.
